Residential Water Damage

A condo in Emerald Isle had contacted us to come out to look at a water damage. They were not sure where the water was leaking from. Upon arrival we took moisture readings and were able to figure out that the damage came from the toilet. There wasn't evidence of water coming from the hot water heater. When we pulled up the carpet there were large water stains throughout the hallway and bathroom. After pulling the flooring from the bathroom, it looked like there was mold growth. We brought in equipment to begin the drying and dehumidifying process. We were able to help mitigate the damage!
