Here at SERVPRO we take care of our crew, whether it be bonuses, vacation time, or even paid training. We want our guys and gals to be the best they can be so in order to do that they need to be trained and certified. 

SERVPRO of Carteret & East Onslow Counites pays for our technicians and staff to go through training and get certified in water, fire, mold and biohazard. When out crew goes through training they get the knowledge to be able to go out and do a job correctly and more efficiently.

We start the online training after the first few weeks of the technician working here, the reason behind this is so that they can associate the book knowledge to the field experience they have already been doing for the past few weeks. The class and exam is not the easiest task to accomplish (not to brag) but we have not had a member of our team not to pass on the first try yet! We are so proud of out team and can not wait to add more to our work family!
